Communication, expectations, and the 100% transparency movement

I know my industry well. I don’t want to make the same mistakes other companies are making, and I certainly don’t want my clients to suffer because of it. For this reason, there are certain practices we undertake to give clients like you an experience you deserve.

  3. Communication – We like keeping you involved. We accomplish this through regular meetings (pre-defined), and overcommunication during the execution process.
  4. Expectations – As a part of our transparency initiative, we’ve laid out certain internal rules –
    1. We don’t make false promises before we sign you.
    2. We don’t take on clients that we don’t genuinely believe we can help.
    3. We set clear expectations before we begin working. We believe this helps us stay on the same page, as well as keeps you more comfortable, knowing that you’re getting what was promised to you, in the time-frames that were promised to you.
