Agencies don’t have the best reputation out there; we know that. We’ve seen people unwilling to give us a shot because of the general reputation that agencies have earned over time. However, our clients have had only good things to say about us, and we want to show you why.

Most agencies define success as getting you results; we take it a step further. In addition to bringing results, we believe that it’s important to keep your mind at ease as a valued client, and that’s where our initiative for 100% transparency comes in.

Ever since we identified this, we’ve been working tirelessly to improve transparency with our clients, so they feel involved in the marketing process and understand everything that’s happening with their business. We’re not there yet, but we’re getting closer every day.

Nothing goes according to plan, but a plan and a strategy, and how well it’s executed, defines your success with marketing. Where our competitors often go wrong is, they’re not transparent about processes and their activities. Before we begin any tangible activites, we create a strategy; a broader vision of your customers, your positioning to your customers, your communication strategy, and your plan to generate visibility, leads, and customers.

Execution is, in our books, the most important, and the most challenging part of marketing success. As an agency, we know that keeping clients involved in execution adds to the challenge. To us, though, your involvement is crucial in our success as an agency.

Keeping you in the loop

A lot of agency clients feel inappropriately informed about the marketing activities undertaken by their agency. We’ve taken efforts to make sure that doesn’t happen to you.

One of the values that we work towards inculcating in our team-members is overcommunication with clients.

We work towards keeping you in the loop in the following ways:

  • Overcommunicating on progress with strategy execution.

  • Information on changes in strategy/plan, with an option to be involved in the decision-making process.

  • Keeping you involved in ongoing decision-making.

  • We adapt to the communication channels that you prefer.

Transparency in Reporting

As this is being written, we’re testing the best ways of reporting with 100% transparency for our clients. Two of our initiatives are as follows –

Monthly Progress Reports:

Every month, we create custom end-of-month reports for a select set of our clients (as a sample size for our research) and send it out to them. It includes everything we’ve done for them in that month, week-by-week, along with statistics and data to show campaign performances. In addition to that, we also display a progress bar to show how close we’ve come to achieving the strategy we initially planned for.

Live Campaign Reports:

This initiative is in planning, and is yet to be tested. The test period is set to begin around the first week of May, 2023.

The plan involves allowing our clients to observe campaign reports in real-time, from a clean, customizable dashboard that allows the client to see the metrics that matter most.
